This company has called my cell phone every minute for the past 2 hours and left the same exact message. They are still calling Every minute and its 8:36 pm. This us harassment and I will be filling a complaint with the FTC. They have called 73 times already and left 73 messages.

The only reason they are given one star is because this is the lowest I could go. Huge ripoff they will tell you your debt will be paid off in two years that will turn out to be six years with no resolution. I’m in the process of suing their lying behind.

Got a call yesterday. Called back. Spoke with a woman. She tried to make a deal to pay off my debt. She had to run it by her "supervisor" and came back on the phone with a deal I could not do. I was not willingly to cut myself short for the next two weeks. I said, ok, I will pay $20.00 a month for the rest of my life to pay off the original balance. SHE SAID, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT AND HUNG UP!!!!
Who conducts business like that?????

+1 (267) 635-0566 This is the number we got a call from they left a very harassing and threatening voicemail and they said it’s a legal matter now and they already sent us letter in the mail and now we will get served. What in the world like who does this to 80 year old or anyone in general!!!

Out of the blue, I received a call from Rockwell Legal, 1st time 2 days ago. Never heard of them. Their name showed up on my caller ID. I let it go to voice mail. It was a recording threatening legal action if I didn’t respond. They never said whom they were trying to reach. I live within my means, and pay my bills on time and I know I’m not behind. Don’t get sucked into speaking with these people! I’m old enough to know, this type of scammer will fish for you to give them your info. Don’t fall for it ! ignore the threats! The phone number I received this call from was: 484-282-3519.
I received a call from a “restricted” number today also. I think this scammer is relentless. Consumer beware!
I will update if this scammer continues.

FYI:

Even if a “collector” has your name, beware- it may not be a real collector. They’re after your info. Don’t fall for it. A legitimate collection agency sends letter, saying exactly where your original debt was from. They will contact you by mail, and you will recognize your own debt. I hope this helps.

Hubby got a phone call from them, it was a recording! It said a name but it wasn't a human. Threaten to send legal papers to his job or his home, well, he hasn't worked since Covid hit, he got approved for disability so no need for a job anymore! LOL Also they won't call and warn you that they are going to sue, all that is is a tactic that they use and CAN BE SUED FOR!!! Make sure you document every threat and contact a lawyer. One of the 1st question they will ask is did you tell them to stop calling and you have to have told them this to get them!

I have told them my 90 yr old Mother lives in a nursing home but they keep calling my phone no.. What they don’t know I was a collection mgr for a major company and I am very familiar with FDCA.. I will be recording every call that comes from then I’m going to Contact my Nephew a corporate Atty and sue the mess out of them!!!

Haven't been to the doctor in many years. I've always had good health insurance thru my wife's work and Medicare since I have a spinal disability. I don't owe any medical bills aside from Medicare which takes $180 from my check every month. My wife lost her job, I have no insurance other than Medicare which is useless without a primary and these vermin are harassing me ceaselessly, threatening me and demanding I call them. I make $1,000 a month from disability. These people should rot in Hell

Whoever works at this place should rot in hell. What a sad life you lead. Block these bottom feeders. Scum of the earth. I wish I could see them in person. Worst of all humans. Get a real job, scammers. Fake call with some pencil neck that acts like he's been trying to call you for months. They are all liars and scammers. Law states they have to send something in the mail. Total scam.

The individuals in question exhibit a lack of professionalism. Initially, upon receiving a call, I informed the caller that I was not aware of the account being mentioned and had confirmed with all three credit reporting agencies that there was no record of such an account under my name. Despite this, the caller insisted that it was indeed my account based on the bank name associated with it, and implied that I was attempting to evade a debt. Furthermore, she mentioned the timing of income tax season as a means to pressure me into resolving the matter, claiming to be doing me a favor. However, I must address the fact that I do not receive tax refunds, and it was inappropriate for her to make assumptions about my financial situation. When I attempted to express my concerns, the caller became defensive, rude, and eventually placed me on hold. While I am unfamiliar with this legal group, I firmly believe that professionalism is a fundamental aspect of any interaction. The representative from Rockwell Legal Group with whom I spoke clearly lacked this essential quality. Regardless of the nature of the job at hand, whether it involves debt resolution or any other matter, it is imperative to conduct oneself in a professional, respectful manner, while refraining from using discriminatory language, making unwarranted assumptions, or engaging in biased practices.

This is a SCAM!!! Do NOT give them your information. As soon as I told them to send the “lawsuit” to my actual lawyer, the lady on the phone got very defensive asking what I had a lawyer for, which was none of her business, and she became very defensive and hung up on me. If you are being sued you will be served legal paperwork. These people are low life scum, it’s sad.

I have received numerous calls from this company for a DeShawn Johnson! They go into a threatening phone call with garnishment and stuff. When I explain that there's no person here by this name, I'm told they will remove my phone #(6 times I've been told). Today I received another call and was told the same BS. But today I had enough I've made a complaint with the AG of Minnesota and have contacted an attorney to get these morons to stop calling my house for someone I don't know and have never met!

I enrolled in their program in 2019 or 2020. One of the accounts they were supposed to handle went to collections and I got served. They responded to the summons late and would never update me in the status of the account or the legal filings. I had to track down court information myself and call them about it. They didn’t even assign a lawyer to the case until after it went to judgement. It took months of calls and reports to the BBB and FTC for them to FINALLY contact me and reach a settlement. I finished out the program and asked them to continue making payments on the last account, because I didn’t want anything else to get screwed up. Foolish, I know, given the amount of chasing I had to do. As it turns out, they took only enough to cover all but the last payment to my last outstanding account (the one that they botched so badly). And when I called them on it, I was told that they couldn’t help me, because I had reported them to the FTC and BBB… 4 years ago. Because it was the only way to get them to call me.

I would never Recommend this company…. We made our payments as scheduled and of course you pay all of their fees upfront. Toward the end there were multiple large accounts that did not get worked and we were told we would have to re enroll them even though everything was supposed to be included in the upfront cost agreed on.
Then they stopped taking our payments out of account toward the end and I called multiple times and would have them restarted, then they stopped payments again and canceled our account stating we stopped making payments…….. makes no sense at all. Trying to get someone to fix the problems and give correct information is nearly impossible…. Again I would not recommend this company to anyone. We are left with multiple high dollar unsettled accounts. They got their money

They are harassing me for months now. I told them them have wrong number and they get smart. So I called them 80 times and now they want to speak to me. Now the dumb secretary told me she was going to continue to call me when they start work I'm the morning. Lmbo I have my own business and could tie up the line all day. They are scammers and don't have original contract for what ever debt they claim to call for. 1000% scam. And Rockwell I don't want to hear any lie reply on here!

I enrolled in the debt consolidation service on 8/24/18. I had several bank debts that required attention. I paid my monthly fee like clockwork for over 4 years, missing only one payment. I graduated (completed) the program on January 6, 2023. To that, I asked for the "final satisfaction letters" from the banks in order to notify the credit bureaus of my financial status. I received all but one. I have made countless calls to Rockwell asking for that final aforementioned satisfaction letter without success. It is inconceivable after satisfying my commitment to Rockwell, that I cannot receive that final letter. I will continue my effort by hiring an attorney to move forward. I would first suggest that you try another service. If you are already enrolled, keep a close eye on their settlements.

They could stop being rude piece of excriment lying scammers, but there no real money in that, right?

This place is absolutely criminal. I’ve filed two reports with the FTC. They prey on people who are already in debt. I entered into a three year contract with Rockwell and at the end of the three years, they settled ONE of the five accounts I gave them. Leaving me with just as much debt as I started with, STEALING over $18000 from me. This “company” is completely fraudulent. I fell into debt after being injured at work and thanks to these horrible people my financial life is still in ruins.

They've been harassing me for months even though I'm not the person that they are trying to reach. I have tried to call in to inform them that they have the wrong number but they either hang up or start insulting me and then put me on indefinite hold. Extremely unprofessional company and by looking at their other reviews it's a miracle they're still in business.
