STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Diabolical…. zero customer service. Sent a games console back, countless amount's of emails no response and NO REFUNDS.

Everyone planning in purchashing anything from this company i suggest to run a mile away and ignore these frauds, I have purchased a console game for my children to play, wanting to give them abit of memories of the late 90's early 2000's, paid £50 for it. Purchased 19th Feb arrived 6th March 2026. I didn't think much of it. We then switched T.V connected the HDMI console and didn't work at all, I tried all different types of USB cables and USB slots, batteries for the remote controls everything i did didn't seem to help or make it work. I then contacted HDTV department to figure this out they replied back but as soon as they found out it wasn't working they push you away as rhey know whats coming next, asking for a refund right. I then searched online how to return, sent the item back to them. It's been over a month now since they've recieved the item, I have the Royal Mail tracking number 0218-B359-01A4-ADF1. After sending over 10 emails to them, no response and no refund. So I lost out on the console, new batteries and paying for the return tracking. Crazy of a company with no morals or dignity. People are struggling and all they do is scam them. PLEASE GUYS BEWARE AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM, YOU'LL REGRET IT!

Ordered a gaming console which on arrival didnt work so sent back to hdtv and not heard anything back in months. Scamming people DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

Rip off merchants don't bother wasting your money the item doesn't work they get you to send it back and you never hear from them again.

As per the most recent comments. Game stick purchased, after using this company before and pleased with the product/service. The game stick didn’t work so returned. Nearly 3 weeks later no return and no reply to any emails that I have sent or other means of communication that I have tried.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS !
Purchased a 'game stick' full monies collected straight away, and that's where the 'efficiency' ends !
Two weeks for delivery, unit is faulty - emailed 'customer services' to advise, 1 week later I get a reply reiterating the set up process as per the leaflet that comes with it !
I replied straight away and now a further two weeks later I'm still having to chase for a response / resolution.
This company HIDES behind email contact and a P.O. address - If I were able to assign zero stars that's what I would give. Next step is trading standards and credit card reclaim which quite frankly I have better things to be doing with my time.

Do not order from this company you will not receive it
Having made an order I received an email tell me it had been dispatched and giving 48 hour tracking over 2 weeks later order still not received and tracking is useless still stating that it is waiting for parcel Emailing the company is a waste of time they can’t be bothered to sort anything and just fob you off if they actually do reply I have emailed again asking for a refund however as yet awaiting another uninterested reply

very poor service ordered on 17 February no communication and still no items. very poor service avoid at all costs

If I could honestly give zero stars, I would do the equipment that they sent which is the 2.4 GB wireless control game pad is absolute junk! They have sent it me broken with wires hanging out. I’ve sent them numerous emails asking for a refund or a replacement with no reply. Disgraceful, I will be contacting my Credit Card company for a refund but it’s not the point it should be replacing this or offering a refund and have some customer service disgraceful HDTV entertainment.

Best buying a better product to save you buying twice.

Purchased chargers that are faulty and can not get hold of company to sort this out very very disappointed do not buy from them.

Item was not what was advertised. Loads of the games missing. When emailed about a refund no response.

Numerous emails sent awaiting a refund on faulty items. I returned them via post office ‘tracked’ have confirmation they have been delivered. No response to emails. Contacting trading standards please avoid using this company

They dont reply to emails postage says 3 to 4 days not even prossesed after 4 days avoid

The HD gaming stick and remotes are fabulous. So many games, really good games. I would highly recommend buying. Keeps my husband happy and entertained. Thanks
