I ordered a mobile phone holder two…

I ordered a mobile phone holder two weeks ago, but I still haven’t received it. I sent them emails many times, but they never replied. However, they already deducted my payment. They didn’t deliver my order or respond to any of my emails. It was a very bad experience—this company feels like scammers.

Great customer service.

After initial issues with postage, the problem was resolved swiftly with no quibble at all; things can go wrong but it is all about how it is dealt with. Great customer service. Thank you.

I’ve been waiting since December 25

I’ve been waiting since December 25 , it is now January 2nd and yo said it would take 2-3 business days to arrive, which it hasn’t. However it is a time where people are busy and I understand. This is the reason I haven’t rated 5 stars, my order hasn’t even been delivered yet.

Item never arrived.
Royal Mail tracking never updated.
The company didn’t reply to any of my messages.
Very disappointing.

I still have not received the power…

I still have not received the power bank I ordered. I received a phone call saying you were waiting for the latest power bank to come in and I would get that one and a free gift as I have been waiting. I ordered on 25/10/25 believing it would come 2/3 days later it is now 3/11/26 and I have received no power bank or no free gift I am more than disappointed !!
