Bestel hier nooit! Echt een drama

Bought a Samsung tablet at £380 not cheap! Had problems with a moisture detected?? No moisture in it! Sent them information as only a few months old. Now no reply? And email not being delivered?? All very strange.

Item was never dispatched and never received a refund after asking for one. I had to file a claim with paypal in order to eventually get the money back.

SCAM! Don't do it! Don't shop on this website. Like all the many other reviews it's true, this is not a real online shop. They just take your money and never deliver. You will eventually get your money back if you payed through a reputable bank /company. It took a while for me but I eventually got my money back from PayPal.

I purchased an item but never received it, even after the promised delivery period had passed. I requested a full refund, but the company repeatedly claimed they were unable to refund me directly. Instead, they advised me to contact my credit card provider to initiate a chargeback. It ultimately took two months to recover my money. I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Requested a cancellation following notification of a delay. This took weeks of back and forth between these clowns, my bank and PayPal. DO NOT use this firm. I'm so annoyed that I did, I was drawn in by 'too good to be true' and spent hours getting my money back

This so called company are selling articles they do not have l did not recieve the mobile phone l
ordered or my money back in the end my credit card company returned my money.Company is a rip off merchant and should not be trading.

2 separate orders, never shipped, sent fake tracking and kept making false statements via email saying it will be arriving soon, told me to go to PayPal to attempt to get my money back. In the end had to claim back with credit card after 2-3 months waiting for a ‘5-10 business day’ delivery.

I ordered iPads and was told there would be a 2-month delay. I was patient and understanding, but the company eventually admitted they couldn’t fulfil the order. I received a polite email saying I would be refunded, only to be told later that I now have to claim the money back through my credit card provider. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor service and lack of accountability. Awful company — avoid at all costs!

I ordered phone on 17 February supposed to arrive by 25 February. Their tracker said it had been dispatched, but they admitted it hadn't. Eventually I asked for a refund on 5 March which they agreed to the next day asking for my card details which I gave them. They said I'd get a refund in 5 working days. Two weeks later no refund. After another complaint they said I'd have to raise a claim with PayPal and they would talk to them. I did. They didn't. After a month of silence despite PayPal asking them for a response, PayPal eventually refunded my money. It took 10 weeks and many, many emails to get my money back. Don't buy from this company!

Worst company ever. Total scam - would totally avoid at all costs. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Abysmal, scammers who take your money but don't have the stock. Had to reclaim via my bank. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Terrible company- avoid at all costs. Order was delayed. Cancelled my order and they refused to refund me. Had to raise dispute with bank and PayPal for refund. No stars would be more accurate.

Further to my review of 24 February 2025 when I awarded 1 star, I now upgrade my rating to 3 stars.
The camera ordered on 11 February 2025 has, following numerous emails, finally arrived today after a wait of over 2 months!!! Hooray!!!
I have to say, despite much fudging along the way, communication from egadgets has always been very polite and apologetic, though not allaying my growing sense of unease. I chose to hold back from asking for a refund, although was sorely tempted, having discussed the matter with my Mastercard provider late March who said a chargeback could be raised, but suggested allowing more time. I am glad I did.
The camera is brand new and all the included accessories are present. The camera has been switched on and seems to work ok. The box had been opened to insert a converter plug. However, I could not locate any warranty card as referred to in the start-up manual.
Anyone dealing with egadgets probably needs extreme patience, but they got there in the end for me at least. Just wish they hadn't mislead about the 4-6 day delivery at the time of ordering.

Bought something beginning of March 2025, got told it would arrive end of month due to supplier issues (after nearing nothing for weeks then chasing), then got told mid of following month, now no contact at all.

Their products come from China before they ship them to customers!

I ordered ear phones and expected delivery within 5-7 working days. Did not arrive and despite 4 chases have not heard a thing. Seems like I've been scammed but cannot understand how search engines don't act to take them down.

Still awaiting refund and have no contact from them. 0/10. Have been reported to the police and fraud team.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Ordered a Samsung Galaxy s24 fe on 9th Feb. Was sent an adapter plug on 12th Feb, which was acknowledged as an error, but as a 'gesture of goodwill' I could keep it! The phone did not arrive and I gave up waiting after 6 weeks and requested a refund. I was asked to go through paypal. Lesson one: buy through own paypal account, not guest account, otherwise it is difficult to follow progress of the case. After 10 days, I learnt that egadgetsdeal.co.uk had claimed I already had received the item. They were referring to the plug. Lesson 2: keep the packaging and item sent in error so you can prove you haven't received the right item. Fortunately I did. 10 further days I received the refund. A lot of time wasted on this.

Horrible experience. I have over 30 chargebacks open against these scammers. I have orders going all the way back to January that haven't been shipped and they are now ignoring all emails. They even said that they have already refunded me and that I should close the chargbacks... lol what a joke. Dont shop here.
