We had researched & chosen hotel prior to our visit so confirming details was easy and straightforward.
Travel agent was polite and approachable checking all the details were correct before confirming booking.

I came in to book a cruise with a friend. And we where
assisted by a very helpful young girl Sophie. Who found us what we wanted. And explained and went through all the details to make sure it was what we wanted. And as we are both in our eighties, it was so nice to be spoken to in such a kind and friendly manner.

Sophie was an excellent agent. She explained and booked everything very efficiently.

Lady was very helpful, especially as we were a bit vague. Very grateful she pointed out a sewage problem before we booked, which actually made us book a different destination. She couldn’t have been more helpful.

The person that dealt with our questions was very helpful, looking up various cruises to fit in with the date we wished to go and the itinerary that we wanted to do.
