We have used Hays Travel numerous times in the Galleries, Washington.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it was a great booking process, all the documents were printed off which we find is really useful to us as some other travel agents refuse to do, overall a splendid service! We will certainly be using Hays Travel in the future and recommend them to family and friends!

The lovely Mia was very helpful and she was very knowledgeable about cruises. I went in just asking about cruises and she was able to help me find and book one. The service she gave me was out of this world. She had such a lovely smile, she made me feel very welcomed and she answered every question i had. She is honestly one of the nicest travel advisors i have ever met.

Our family had a great experience of booking our summer holiday. We went to the Washington branch of Hays Travel last Saturday to book our holiday. Julia greeted us with smile as soon as we walked in the shop. She was very thorough in finding out where we wanted to go and was very patient in searching for holiday destinations for us.
