Everyone was extremely helpful, I dealt with Helen who was great - nothing was too much trouble. She followed up without being pushy and offered assistance with every aspect of the holiday.

Last minute booking
We went into store to book a last minute holiday, we had no idea where we wanted to go. The lady who helped us found us something straight away! She really listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect holiday. The booking as very easy and straightforward. We were really impressed with the service.
