Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Very pleasant and knowledgeable young representative who could not have been of great help. We entered with a query as to whether a holiday shown within the store and if it could be upgraded. We recieved the exact data needed at an exceptional price and came away after booking a fabulous upgraded holiday. Can't praise Hayes enough and would definitely use again.

Hiya Hays Travel. I just want to say a massive thank you to Megan for her hardwork, support and fantastic professionalism in booking us a brilliant holiday for 2028! Megan was incredible, supportive, caring, friendly and really listened to what we wanted and worked tirelessly to secure us an absolutely brilliant deal. We asked for lots in our package and she spent hours securing everything we wanted.
