Contacted Stowmarket branch with ideas for 2027 vacation and they provided a selection of holidays that covered all of my requests, and also advised of afew extras which we also booked. Next year can’t come quick enough.

Popped in to book a birthday holiday with Tom, brilliant young man catered to our every request and ended up booking 2 holidays on the same day…!! Definitely use Hays again and even got some travel money at a fairly good rate.

I honestly can’t recommend Tom highly enough.
He spent over two and a half hours helping me organise a cruise hen weekend for 10 ladies, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make sure we found the best option for our group rather than just making a sale.
He answered every question, explained everything clearly, compared different options and gave honest advice throughout the whole process. Organising a trip for 10 people can be stressful, but Tom made it feel easy and enjoyable.
His customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and I left feeling completely confident that we’d booked the right trip. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting things right, Tom is the person to speak to.

The service has been exceptional
The service that I have received from Tom and Lucy this week has been exceptional. We have had to change our dates and locations several times. Nothing has been too much trouble for them.
Thankfully we have now booked a holiday.
