We have always had excellent service and advice from Hays Travel in Stowmarket. Tom gave us sound and knowledgable advice and showed great patience while helping us navigate the minefield of choosing the right holiday. We can honestly say our holiday started at Hayes Stowmarket and know it will be all the better for Tom’s help and advice.

I visited Hays Travel in Stowmarket after doing plenty of research on family holidays, and I'm so glad I decided to go in and speak to someone in person.

I was greeted by Netty, the Branch Manager, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire booking process. She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and worked within my budget to find the perfect family holiday for 2027.

The whole experience was simple, stress-free, and far easier than trying to compare endless options online. Netty went above and beyond to find us a fantastic deal and a lovely holiday that ticked all the boxes.

I would highly recommend Hays Travel Stowmarket, especially if you're unsure about booking online. There are so many more options and benefits when you speak to an experienced travel agent, and the personal service makes all the difference.

Booked what was needed, fairly efficiently

Well advertised in the window which caught our attention. Once inside the assistant was so helpful and explainative. Booking was made easy and straightforward. Well done Hays Travel.

Tom was amazing couldn’t have been more helpful. Gave us loads of places to go as he had been there before. Really helped us to make our decision with lots of knowledge. Would highly recommend Hays especially Tom 😁.

Friendly helpful staff, Tom helped me find my perfect holiday. Nothing was too much trouble he sorted everything from flights accommodation to travel insurance. Would definitely recommend!!!

Staff were very helpful as a recent stroke had led to some memory loss.
