Honeymoon planning
We booked our honeymoon through Hays and were helped by the wonderful Charlie. She did an incredible job of answering all our questions and finding exactly what we wanted. She was very patient with us and helped at every opportunity. It took away all the stress of searching through hundreds of flights and hotels and we got a wonderful deal.

Every time I go into Hays to see Kay she makes my day. She is so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble to her.
All the girls are very friendly and help where they can.
Hays is a great asset to our town.

shocking, caused personal issues and break up due to incompetence and still not been contacted by the area manager as requested on more than one occasion. will not ever use HAYES again.

So Helpful
From the minute we walked into the store we felt welcomed and the staff could not do enough for us. Charlie went above and beyond any travel agent we have spoke to and dealt with in the past , she was more than happy to find the right flights to suit our needs , even though we ended up with one of the first ones we looked at Charlie was more than happy to help to see if there was anything better for us. Hayes travel now have us as a permanent customer
