So Helpful
From the minute we walked into the store we felt welcomed and the staff could not do enough for us. Charlie went above and beyond any travel agent we have spoke to and dealt with in the past , she was more than happy to find the right flights to suit our needs , even though we ended up with one of the first ones we looked at Charlie was more than happy to help to see if there was anything better for us. Hayes travel now have us as a permanent customer

Superb high level of service at Hays Travel
It so refreshing to find great high levels of service and well informed travel operators.
Sarah and her team all work so well together and share their personal experiences and venue knowledge when asked for.
Sarah was so diligent and had so much patience trying to find the right holiday that was close to our requirements, would highly recommend this branch & team led by a great manager.
