Lovely big hotel good sized clean room air con a bonus in the room first time here just learning which foods to eat in order lol otherwise a peaceful relaxed atmosphere Hays staff member Ross was great understood our request will defo go back to hays and come back here again

Trip to Japan
I hadn’t booked a holiday through a travel agent for years, just booking on the airline websites, but felt for this more adventurous trip to Japan I needed some help so contacted Hays in South Woodham Ferrers. Charlie, Fleur and their back office team were brilliant at helping me pull the holiday together, not to mention very patient, with me keep changing the itinerary and hotels!!! I’ve ended up with a much better holiday and hotels than I anticipated, and I am really happy I contacted them!
