Kay handled our booking very well. She showed extreme patience when we could not book our first choice. She advised us on other aspects of our holiday, giving us very good advice which we accepted. Would highly recommend her to other customers as well as all the other staff in the branch

Fantastic branch
Charlie found us our holiday of a lifetime. We always use this branch as opposed to one nearer. Love the vibe and friendliness of all the staff. Charlie is a brilliant member of the team and we never feel rushed or pressured. Special mention to Kaye. We are now on our third year of Turkey after her recommendations.

Ambassador Christmas and New Year Cruise

Always a pleasure to book holidays at south Woodham shop. Charley and India are usually the staff we deal with but all the staff are so efficient, friendly and helpfull. We are in our 70’s and they do everything for us and make booking so stress free for us. Wouldn’t go anywhere else first class. Mr & Mrs Driver

Excellent help from the Staff
Staff were able to help us choose the best deal available for us. I needed to book airport assistance, disabled facilities and private transfers, all of my requests were no trouble at all.

Good and helpful experience.
Kay who was my holiday booker was very helpful and patient. I was there for about 2 hours and nothing was too much trouble for her. Overall a very satisfying experience.
