my partner DIANNE as she has some health problem

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fleur, an apprentice, helped us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and when necessary she was fully supported by the rest of the team.

Third time I have now booked through hays (Charlie specifically)

With all 3 holidays I have been very very specific and changed my mind, sent through about 10 hotels and she is always happy to help me with recommendations, what’s around and reviews! I love the little personal touch and her helping me to find everything I want from the holiday, always at a better price than other travel companies!

When in Greece in September the transfer company hadn’t sent correct details of the coach back to the airport, this was a Sunday afternoon Charlie still helped and got this sorted!

Wouldn’t book a holiday without Charlie now☺️

I went to Hays Travel because I had very bespoke needs for my wife’s big birthday. Everything I wanted was available and some additional items suggested by the agent that will make our trip even more memorable.

Agent was very helpful and answered all questions clearly. Offered support with all aspects of booking both now and in the future.

Kay handled our booking very well. She showed extreme patience when we could not book our first choice. She advised us on other aspects of our holiday, giving us very good advice which we accepted. Would highly recommend her to other customers as well as all the other staff in the branch
