Being able to sit in a relaxed atmosphere, and choose your holiday without feeling I,m taking too long about it. Debbie's knowledge of holidays and different resorts and foreign places helps me decide my holiday with confidence. The service I received from Debbie was outstanding. After I made my choice, Debbie made the booking process very easy,as I would have struggled at times with the input. I would always use Hayes travel as you receive 100% service.

Staff were very efficient polite and courteous nothing was a problem my father who initiated the holiday as a supprise wedding anniversary got the dates wrong but the staff who were very supportive arranged to get the dates changed no problems thanks is not enough to say about you staff thank you you all from the bottom of my heart.

Abbie was very helpful and went through a lot of places we asked for and was very patient and polite and new us from last time we booked with hays travel

Booked another Hays holiday with Clare at the Nook South shields branch. Booked holidays here for over 20yrs excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff who always make it a smooth booking process. Very well run branch would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book a holiday with a company you can trust. 5*

Could have got cruise cheaper using cashback sites but knowing that all is sorted for you is very reassuring .

Aimee was lovely, friendly and very helpful and professional, nothing was a problem, she gave good advice about the area we chose, currency etc and gave me a call back when we had time to decide on which holiday, and we completed the booking the next day, couldn't fault the experience!

Always friendly. Great advice. Then know what type of holiday we are looking for and will say if they don't think it's our typical type of place

Just booked a holiday via Demi at Hays travel Prince Edward Road in South Shields.

The agent booked our holiday and explained clearly what the next steps were and provided photos of the Hotel we would be staying at. This gave us a great insight into what to expect. Overall the service provided to us was excellent.
