We always go to Hays travel at South Shields. They are all so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They also remember us from one year to the next which is lovely.

We booked a last minute break with Amy recently the whole process was so smooth start to finish we ended up in beautiful hotel fantastic location. Amy was polite she listened to our preferences and we had a lovely time.

Booking our cruise was easy with the wonderful Demi.
