The experience was very positive
The experience was very positive. Member of staff greeted us as we walked in, he smiled too. He was easy to talk to and he listened to what we required. He logged our preferences and checked with us every step of the way. Excellent service

Inviting and welcoming
From walking in to the branch, it was inviting and welcoming. Karen was informative without being pushy and had a sense of humour too, she was able to advise on everything and got us a brilliant deal. Always our go to branch.

Brilliant service
We spoke with Holly Simkins at the Rothwell branch in Leeds, she was brilliant, got us 3 different holidays to look at and when we telephoned her back to go through our options she couldn’t have helped us anymore.

Karen was absolutely brilliant
Karen was absolutely brilliant, from start to finish. Stayed in budget intact, saved us some money! We got exactly what we wanted for less then we thought. Will definitely be coming back very soon to book again!

Very helpful. Only went in to pick a brochure up. I sat down with the lady and ended up coming put with an holiday. I was found a great deal.
Very pleased with everything and I have a holiday all sorted and booked with no hassle.
