Karen made us feel very relaxed not trying to push us into something we didn’t want.
In the end she came up with a cruise that seems ideal for us, as this is the first time we’ve tried this kind of holiday.

We booked our cruise on the advice of Karen. We told her what we wanted and she came up trumps. All the staff here are very helpful but Karen was our go to. We have just booked another cruise and will be in and out to see her very often 😁
