Hays Travel - Rothwell Recensioni 

We have booked with hays travel for quite a long time now. Karen knows us and my special assistance that I need at the airport. This makes the whole process alot easier for me ( not having to go through what my health problems are and my assistance needs are)

Your staff are the most friendly and helpful staff I have met for quite a while

Charlotte was good at communicating and had a personable style. Took time to listen to my requirements and provide several options.
Charlotte was flexible and able to work with me on securing a good deal on a special trip with my daughter. Charlotte represented Hays Tracel professionally and I recommend them to anyone.

As soon as we walked in to the shop we was greeted by all the lovely friendly staff
We was enquiring about a cruise the had showing in the window . They were so helpful and seemed pleased we had gone in, they gave us all the information we requested and went way beyond ended up us booking got a great deal, exceptionally happy with everything very enjoyable experience

Very good customer care.nothing was too much trouble help us find the best price

Karen made our holiday booking very easy and a pleasant experience. She is very knowledgeable. Karen has a friendly manner and is easy to talk to.

Holly was just brilliant. We went into store looking for some inspiration for some winter sun and she came up with our prefect holiday. Not only that but she booked everything for us. To do that ourselves would have been impossible.
We are looking for a river cruise next year so will be back in store to book.

Charlotte was fantastic, very helpful, we booked our cruise over the phone and she facilitated payment as we were away at the time. She made our experience trouble free and so simple, we have used Hays for our holidays 3 times now and we won't go anywhere else, all the staff are brilliant!! Thank you
