have dealt with hays travel for years. they are so helpful and friendly. i would not book anywhere else.

Very helpful but was unable to get all the answers as jet 2 could not tell her there and then however as soon as jet 2 contacted hays they did ring back but the question she had asked could not be answered as jet 2 could not give her a definite answer

Really friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given options for our forthcoming holiday. Holly helped not only with our cruise booking but also booked car parking and an overnight stay at a nearby hotel. Thank you, it made the experience so easy and I didn’t have the worry of making a mistake booking it myself.

Absolutely amazing friendly staff, called in quite late on a Friday teatime, staff didn’t hurry us helped us in making the right decisions, went above and beyond. Fabulous.
