Booked with Karen again. Excellent experience as usual no problems. Seeing Karen is the beginning of our holiday every time.

From walking in the door I was met with a welcoming greeting and the service was instant

Everything about the process was fully explained and friendly atmosphere made it a simple process to swiftly book the required holiday.

I would definitely recommend the branch and definitely will be rebooking future trips at this branch.

We also enquired regarding currency exchange again which was also fully explained.

Always keen to recommend this travel agency. They’re all really helpful and knowledgeable, never feel rushed and they go over and above to arrange what you want for your trip.

Walked a distance to find Hays travel was closed on Sunday when they were supposed to be open, it would be polite to inform us you weren’t opening on a Sunday

Adam was very efficient and patient. He also took the time to help with travel insurance

The staff in this branch are amazing,all really friendly but especially Karen..she’s gone above and beyond finding me and my group the best holiday/price/deal.

Good communication explained by Adam everything clear and contrice. Was offered discounts by other companies so he matched price and filled in our details for seats on the assist program and medical allowance very helpful

My boyfriend & I went to the Rothwell branch undecided which holiday destination we wanted to go to in Europe. We wanted an all inclusive hotel which was adults only & to go with Jet 2. Karen went above & beyond to help us with our request, checking different hotels & resorts and the best deals. Eventually after about 1 and a half hours my boyfriend & I decided on a hotel in Corfu for our 7 nights holiday in June and a hotel in Lanzarote for our 11 nights holiday in November. I have dealt with Karen on numerous occasions & she is always helpful and pleasant, as are all of the people who work there.

The guy we spoke to was very helpful. He asked what we wanted, sorted us out straight away. He found us a great deal. Sorted car parking. He went through every step. So we totally understood everything. Would definitely recommend calling in to hays travel shop for a chat.
