A YOUNG LADY CALLED LUCY HELP MY SISTER &MYSELF TO FIND A HOLIDAY IN SEPTEMBER SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL & VERY PATIENT NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE,A VERY PLEASANT LADY.

Sophie was friendly and helpful and sorted out my holiday to my satisfaction, however she spoke too quickly, not always facing me so I had to keep asking her to repeat things, this was embarrassing. I explained I wore hearing aids, this amplifies all noises in the room.
My advice to her slow down, speak clearly and face the customer.

Excellent yet again.
I always book my holidays with the same Travel Consultant because I know everything is done correctly and I get excellent service.
