Really nice helpful staff maiden who served us was very helpful polite and any questions I asked he could answer me

First of all I want to say a massive thank you to All the staff at Hays Travel St George's Centre Preston, Sophie Amelia Lucy Paul Aiden,every time we go in to the Store, you Just know you are going to get a Five Star Service everytime.. They are all an asset to the Company Hays Travel..I have booked Three Holidays from there this year up to now.. Rhodes in May, Sharm El sheikh in June, Copenhagen in December and Just fights to Malta for my partner Jeanette to visit her Family... If I have a problem or issue,it gets sorted by Sophie ( A Credit to this company ) Thank you All again Charlie & Jeanette..

I had so many questions, queries,and my assistant (Lucy) helped easily with everyone of them with calmness and ease

Was passing the store and seen an advert, for a cruise. Called up to enquire and Lucy answered politely told me the price of the trip etc and with a low deposit, decided to head back in store where Lucy and Sophie helped in getting me booked all, I forgot how good to book a holiday in a physical travel agents than online, the nostalgia!

Wanted to upgrade my cabin, Sophie did that all in less than 10 minutes and because I was making my own way to port, I got extra onboard spend! What a bonus!

Sophie at Hays based in Preston is an experienced and friendly agent, she made my decision to book a holiday very easy and included thorough information about each destination and was happy to update or amend hotels. Would recommend Sophie, she provides quick and efficient quotes and made the experience of booking a holiday very easy.
