Hays travel has helped make going abroad become a reality! Very helpful, friendly staff. Easy to follow, and fills you with confidence.

Amelia was fantastic and extremely helpful when assisting to book our last minute holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she didn’t rush and she was very thorough with all aspects of finding the perfect package for us. Amelia made sure everything was simple and gave me a step by step account of what I’d need to do on arriving at the destination. Thankyou Amelia - we will be back soon to get something else booked!

All staff at Hays travel , St George’s store are very helpful and cooperative.
They are very clear on everything options regarding holidays ie transit/ travel insurance/ local taxes collected by the hotel etc .
They do their best for a better deal !

Its easy to call into the shop and have a chance to talk to staff who can give additional information about the resorts and hotels. Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Sophie in particular is very friendly and works hard to find the right holiday for me.

Very friendly and explained all my booking, got me a brilliant deal, i will be back to book for Christmas

Well once again Amelia delivered us a great deal nothing is never too much trouble she takes the time to explain every detail to us and makes any request to the hotel to meet our needs. Amelia always greets us with a warm welcome and a smile .

As always Sophie and her team at St George’s centre Preston have been very helpful and I am very satisfied with the way they have handled my holiday bookings.

preston hays at george’s center. 3months ago spoke to aiden he provided me with some quotes for a summer break. however due to alternative commitments i wasn’t able to book. but aiden called to follow up and when we spoke he understood with sincerity, i mentioned that it wasn’t a good time for me to book right now. thankyou aiden for being patient and understanding towards his customers.
so one late afternoon couple of months later i had some errands in town and i was walking past hays when i suddenly found myself in the hays shop. i saw sophie and spoke to her about putting a holiday break together, visiting 2 cities with flights, train and transfers included. obviously sophie knew what i was looking for and it was a challenge in terms of location and hotels and costing. i left my request with sophie.
after a day or so i got an email but due to other commitments wasn’t able to reply back to sophie but eventually when i got round to it sophie had arranged a spectacular holiday package, she thought of everything flight times and luggage requirements and advised me on the benefits of booking the holiday as one package deal. i didn’t have to do anything. i didn’t go into the store to confirm the booking it was all done via email and phone which is very unusual for me as i prefer to book in person. then came the money aspects how do i pay? sophie stayed on the phone with me to pay via the link she sent me which i have never done before. it was amazingly comfortable as sophie reassured me it was safe to do. sophie checked my holiday insurance and added this on with the package as the previous one had expired a few weeks ago. my holiday was booked without any stress and hassle.thankyou sophie.
