We went to your branch in Prestatyn we was looking at the hotel Verde but it was full, then travel assistant then looked at other places and found a nice place still in turkey and it was cheaper .

Initially walked in with an idea of going on a cruise, this was explored with lots of options and ideas from the travel assistant but also no pressure to buy a holiday. However based on the professionalism and knowledge and time spent with us giving ideas and explaining the different cruise locations, different accommodation and details of different cruise ships we decided to book a cruise. Thank you Jo. Looking forward to the cruise and will be back to tell you how it went. Thanks for all the info re Hayes travel card, travel money and how that can help when purchasing abroad.

My wife and I have used Hays Travel before and were delighted with the service we received. Very helpful especially after my experience in January regarding having to fly back to uk mid flight with what was going on in Venezuela helped me get my money back for what I spent on hotels taxis etc lovely staff and service in my local Prestatyn shop
