Excellent service
We booked our holiday at Hayes Travel in Prestatyn. Our tour operator, Keeley, was super friendly, helped with all manner of queries and questions. We couldn’t have wished for better service .

A friendly and professional team
I found the staff friendly and relaxed but also professional. I have always booked holidays incl cruises online but now I realise using the local travel agent is much easier an dependable.
