Got everything we wanted country. Hotel dining options . Room. Can't do better than that.

Very helpful especially after my experience in January regarding having to fly back to uk mid flight with what was going on in Venezuela helped me get my money back for what I spent on hotels taxis etc lovely staff and service in my local Prestatyn shop

Called into Hays branch in Prestatyn to enquire about a cruise we had seen advertised. Staff were very helpful, answered all of our questions and we booked the cruise there and then.

Paula was busy but we were told she would ring us, she rang at 5.45pm so after the store had closed. She got us a brilliant holiday and all after working hours. She is amazing
