Great service so far from Rachel at the Newark branch. She understood completely what we were looking for and came up with some options that fitted perfectly.

Quick to speak to someone and very easy to make the booking we required. Hays price match P&O so it is far easier than trying to book direct.

Really pleased with the customer service we received when we booked our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, organising it was made simple and the whole experience was excellent.

I went in with an idea, and they helped and explained a few things, as I misunderstood some of the pricing.

I've used a lot of travel agents in the past and there's no one like hays travel. They are perfect if you want something that little bit bespoke and special but they don't charge disgusting amounts like many other bespoke holiday providers.
Kerry has arranged 3 wonderful experiences for me and my family so far which have truly been exceptional. These aren't just holidays, they're memories to last a lifetime.
