Amazing knowledge
Shelly was amazing, she had booked our holiday last year and fully understands what we want. We had spent the last 2 months looking for an holiday and became overwhelmed by the choices.
Shelly was the only reason we came back to Hays as she has a vast amount of knowledge of the perfect holiday.
