All the ladies at Hays travel in Newark are brilliant. Always friendly and helpful.
We generally book with Sophie who always goes the extra mile, listens to what you want and finds it.
Always busy but always finds the time to ring back or email information.
We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to book a holiday.

Kerry was extremely helpful in helping us choose a holiday that ticked all our boxes.

Molly kept us informed with our request for the options of cabins etc. Which we eventually booked.
She kept her promises to always update us.

Always so helpful with lots of personal input. Over & above when searching for information about a hotel or resort. Never felt rushed. Thanks Shelley.

My cousin and I came in with no real decision on where we wanted to go next year to celebrate our big birthdays, other than warm climate, a pool, scenery and a vague idea of dates.

Lola was very helpful and patient on our first visit, and gave lots of helpful suggestions and we left with a couple of options. While we didn’t go back for a couple of weeks, I contacted Hays Travel Newark via email in the meantime to assure Lola that we would be back to book, but due to work schedules and events booked it was finding a day when both of us could come back in.

Lola was again very helpful and informative via email about further suggestions to look at.

We eventually were able to pop back into store, and while it was very busy, when it was our turn to sit with Lola to look at options, we didn’t feel rushed at all, even though we were still undecided 🤣.

We eventually found a holiday for July 2027 (one of the emailed suggestions) to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Very much looking forward to it.

All the staff are always very personable and helpful at Hays Travel Newark.

All the staff at the Hays office in Newark are very helpful. This time it was Mollie, and she was very friendly and professional and our fairly complicated requirements were met, no problem.

I go back to Hays because of their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness. It is good to now you have confidence when travelling.

Shelley and Lola were both fab pricing and booking our holiday for us, always go above and beyond.

Due to Government Guidelines, I had to cancel my Cuban adventure that I had booked with Sophie at the Newark branch, she ensured that I was refunded in full and gave me customer care second to none! I have just booked an adventure to India with Sophie's help who was as enthusiatic and excited as I am and with her help and the help of her colleagues Lola and Mollie I have not got this new adventure to look forward to. A massive thank you to all involved!!!

Went into my local Hays Travel Centre and got some ideas on where to go. I took them away and found a cheaper price with Jet2. I contacted the centre and they matched the price so booked with the centre
