Looked at the places we would like to go. Asked our budget. Looked at various hotels in different countries.We were shown different air lines and time of flights. Needed resorts that were flat not hilly.

Penelope the person that help us book our holiday was fantastic, she was warm and welcoming and offered very helpful advice on flights, transfers, cabin bookings and packages. She patiently checked all of the different options to ensure that we got the best value and communicated what would happen next very clearly.

Booked a cruise for next year. Richie looked after us. His knowledge of cruising is amazing. He was so interesting we could have listened to him all afternoon. Lovely friendly guy. He is definitely an asset to this branch. Will definitely book with him again.

Negotiating the maze of options for holidays can be quite a daunting task.

After being recommended, we finally spoke to Kellie at Hays Metrocentre and she expertly guided us through the options we had.

Kellie listened to our requirements and provided a perfectly packaged holiday for us. We never felt sales pressure, just a reassurance we were in good hands.

The gentleman who helped us to book the holiday was great at looking at possibilities for where we could go as we booked up far later than we usually would. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us the best price. He also had a sense of humour, something you need when my family rocks up!
A week later, I arrived for opening time thinking that check in was available and spoke to another gentleman. He informed me that check in didn't actually open until much later in the afternoon. I had made the journey especially as I was extremely busy that day, but he took all of the passport details and promised that someone would check in when it opened.
Low and behold, I received a text later that day to say we were all checked in and luckily our party seats were all together.
Honestly, I know I could've done all of that myself later in the week but I very much appreciate the time the staff took to take that stress away from me on that particular day.
I'm sorry I do not know the names of the staff but they were both amazing for different reasons and a credit to this shop. Thanks so much for taking the time to help me out, it was very much appreciated! 👏
