we went to one of your shops in the…
we went to one of your shops in the metrocentre and we stood in the doorway waiting to be served no one acknowledged that we were waiting or asked us to take a seat as they were busy we stood for at least ten minutes they never looked at us once so we walked away and went to your other shop where we were greeted and told they would be right with us and the guy who served us was great very helpful and we got our holiday sorted we have been to you many times over the years and your first shop let us down such a shame

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Professional staff, they help step by step to get better deals, convenient dates and services. Richard helped us couple of times and we were very happy with the service he provided, that’s why we keep asking him for help! We cannot wait to go on our Maldives holiday!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Service was amazing
Service was amazing. Elliott went above and beyond to help us book a holiday for our 50th wedding anniversary he even added the app we needed to our phones. We always book at this branch and have always had good service but Elliott was extremely helpful.

Looked at the places we would like to go. Asked our budget. Looked at various hotels in different countries.We were shown different air lines and time of flights. Needed resorts that were flat not hilly.

The best service to date.
I spoke with Richie regarding my trip to NYC. His knowledge was invaluable and helped us choose the area we needed to be in. He took his time and was extremely resourceful in getting us the best package. I will no longer book my holidays online after this experience. It Hays travel from now on.
