Book our first-time cruise with John a hays travel PTC, easy and quick response full with information about the cruise, no pressure at all when communication with John asking about the cruise holiday, what I like about John is before making the booking he will ask us to check for our self that he is a legitimate person that work with the real company (ring or google the company and ask) to assure you that its not a scam and protect us from false online advertising and losing our money. And he’s the first person that I ever encounter with such of detail to assure we will have a holiday that we wanted, and it make the booking experience is a pleasure quick and easy, can’t wait for our first cruise.
