John and Tracey are fantastic this is the 2nd holiday I've booked with them and will be booking again with them. Fabulous service

This is our first family holiday abroad and I was lost to know what to expect with bookings and had so many questions. Tracey was amazing throughout, I contacted them via a WhatsApp link after seeing an amazing deal to Greece / Crete.
From start to finish Tracey answered all my questions, any she wasn’t sure she double checked and put me at total ease through the whole booking process. This was all on a Sunday too, Tracey stayed chatting to us after 5pm (when she finished) to help us make sure we were at total ease and gave us a personal touch throughout, she seemed very excited for us and joined us on our experience booking our first holiday abroad. I couldn’t be happier with the service me and my family received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracey in future to anyone and everyone.

John and Tracey have found us the most amazing holiday at an incredible price and this didn't come easy but they ever gave up putting in so much time and effort to ensure we got the best holiday possible within what we could afford. I can honestly say I will NEVER go elsewhere booking a holiday and would 100% recommend to anyone I know.

From making my phone Call Tracey put me at easy with all the paper work and special assistance, she helped me with everything and finding me a cheaper deal a few days later and their is 11 of us. Especially as I am no good with booking over the phone and emails, I normally book through your shop. I will definitely book this way again and recommend Hays travel to all my family and friends

I travel a lot and usually do all my own bookings but for the first time in over 10 years I spoke to John and Tracey and wow they were amazing, they were so responsive, looked at a number of options for me and took all the hard work and made it look easy. They made my booking so easy, I would highly recommend them and would now think twice about a DIY.

John and Tracey were amazing booking our family cruise. We required two disabled rooms as our twins are both in wheelchairs nothing was an issue and got us a great deal. Communication was excellent. Totally took the stress away from trying to book a holiday online yourself. Will definitely be booking through John and Tracey for all our holidays. Thanks again for doing an amazing job.
