Hays take time to understand what we needed from our holiday and listened to our views.

I knew the holiday I wanted and everything was handled expertly.Booked our last 3 holidays in the branch and wouldn't use any other travel agencies in town.

Time was spent on finding what I asked for on a particular island of the Canary Islands. However, during that time I was made aware that what I was looking for on that particular island, was even more available on a different island.
