Caroline in the Falkirk branch who we booked our trip with is amazing, very polite, informative and went through everything to make sure we understood and got us a great deal

We were pleasantly engaged with on our arrival with immediate attention provided. Having been asked and providing the details of the type of holiday we wanted we were provided with options in accordance with our parameters and decided on a holiday which was discussed and explained in sufficient detail to see our holiday expectations and needs satisfied at the time of booking. Very happy with the service provided.

All staff were lovely.

Victoria Scott was so helpful , knowledgeable and very friendly - made booking very easy.

We live in Glasgow but would happily travel to Falkirk in the future to book with her again.

Staff very helpful, not at any time did we feel that we were being pushed or hurried into making a decition.
We could contact them outwith visiting the shop, if we had any further questions.

I always book with your Falkirk shop, the staff are amazing, they are so helpful and listen to my needs. We do cruises and they always advise us and never get it wrong, we've never had a bad holiday. They do all the paperwork and check us into the ship. I'm a technophobe and couldn't do it without them. The manager Victoria is brilliant and couldn't do a better job, with her smile and patience with me at 75 can't be matched, she deserves a medal.Would never use any other travel agent as Hays are the best.

We only went in to make a price comparison, , but the very capable and enthusiastic Caroline soon convinced us, that it was a great deal ,and definitely the best time to book !! We are now looking forward to our second holiday, not completed our first one yet, happy days with Hays.

Caroline was great 👍 she listened to our requirements, went the extra mile always keeping us informed, tweaking things when we needed changes to a hotel or travel dates. Fantastic service wouldn’t hesitate in asking Caroline to organise any future trips. We know we are in safe hands.
