Very welcoming on first approach
Very welcoming on first approach. the assistant was very helpful and provided us with useful alternatives and then more information. When she didn't know the answer she called for help which arrived very quickly. looking forward to our holiday

I booked a holiday to Costa Brava at the Falkirk branch of HAYES . Caitlin was the agent I dealt with. She was extremely helpful and very efficient.She has a lovely personality, and is very well suited to the job.She is still an apprentice but I am sure she will go far in her career as a travel agent .
