Riviera trip
We phoned Ashleigh, manager at Durham branch to book our Riviera trip. We have dealt with Ashleigh before and,as ever, she was polite,professional and knowledgeable about the holiday we were interested in. Friendly and very helpful member of staff. Her customer service was First class. Nothing was a bother to her when l was wanting lots of prices and information on different cruises. I always find all the staff in Durham Hays travel to be fantastic.

Double check before you pay
Able to book holiday reasonably easily, but it wasn't made clear to me who the travel company was. Thought we were traveling with Jet2, when in fact it's going to be easy jet
