The young lady we dealt with late on…
The young lady we dealt with late on Saturday afternoon got us a marvellous deal and her persona was a delight to chat to finding her way through to exactly what we were after and certainly got a result as we paid for it there and then the process and your staff need to be commended the young lady’s name I’m unsure of but she was at the first table on the left as you came through the door absolute treasure 👌👍

Great customer service
Chloe is brilliant at her job and walked through everything superbly.
We got exactly what we asked for and after a few of her suggestions we came up with what we were looking for

Snaps for Cara and Ava
I would like to highlight Cara for coming up with some great options for me and also Ava who then very patiently went and booked it all for me (and on a Sunday in the shop). This is the second time I have used Hays at Durham and they make finding a bespoke getaway so much easier and less stressful than having to fight your own through a myriad of hotel and flight booking websites.

60th celebration
My wife and I have chosen your brand over and over again because of the service we get . Durham branch is our usual go to and the staff there are lovely. Lilly was the one that put our trip of a life time together to celebrate my 60th birthday . She navigated us through our options and guided us with choices and availability on the timeline we were given her . She and all your staff are a credit to your company and would recommend you anytime.
