Cara is the best in north road Durham I been going to her for years she is the best that's why I keep booking

All good as usual Ashleigh sorted out exactly what I wanted. Would not go anywhere else to book a holiday

Pleasant and helpful staff who went the extra mile to provide the holiday we wanted.

Charlotte booked our holiday. She was very efficient, asking all the right questions, and checking to make sure everything was correct. Lovely friendly girl.

The travel adviser, Chloe, couldn't have been more helpful. She looked at numerous options with us and explained everything we needed to know, such as location of hotel, proximity to popular tourist sights and taxes payable at the hotel. Even advising re transport options, places to visit and personal safety in a European capital city, clearly very knowledgeable.

I needed to cancel a holiday and rebook two at the same time and Lily at the Durham branch was very accommodating. She spent lots of time to ensure everything was just as I needed. I would definitely recommend Hays travel.

Excellent customer service the staff know their buisness outstanding communications throughout from booking to actually flying off. Have used Hays for package holidays and tailor made cruises on many occasions . Ashleigh outstanding service as all ways. Friendly and super efficient. Have never been disappointed booking with Hays. Fantastic team.

The staff in Durham branch are extremely good. We were guided by Louise who searched for short notice holidays for us and gave us good advice. We returned home to do more research and phoned back to book a holiday in Madeira. Thank you very much Louise for your input.

Louise was very helpful in helping us choose our hotel in Jersey, book flights and airport parking. She also helped us technophobes download the app and made everything seem relatively straightforward, Thank you!

Chloe was given the task of arranging flights to Biarritz and from Pamplona, and also booking a hotel in Pamplona. The flights proved complicated but she succeeded in arranging the best possible outcome. She also found a good hotel close to the city centre.
