Very welcoming and helpful. My requirements were quickly dealt with after all possible options were considered. I will definitely use Hays Travel again for future travel.

We recently booked our holiday and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Both Elise and Sandy were incredible, friendly, patient and helpful through the entire process. Even when they ran into a few computer issues, they stayed calm, professional and upbeat, making sure everything was sorted. Their willingness to help made the whole booking experience smooth and enjoyable.

Were so grateful for their support and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Highly recommend!

Thomas was very helpful, he searched different places for us as we were not sure where we wanted to go to. We explained it was a last minute relatively cheap holiday we were looking for, he found us somthing we were happy with .
