Hays Travel - Douglas Recensioni 

My partner and I have been thinking about a long trip to explore Canada for a while, so we popped into the Hays shop in Strand Street, Douglas. Thinking we would just be picking up a couple of brochures, a friendly Chap waited for us to browse the selection and politely asked as we turned to leave "anything I can help you with?". His name is Tom Taylor. A week on, we have four very detailed schedules from different operators to mull and decide between. He really listened to our thoughts and this is reflected in the outlines provided - big thanks to Tom

Elise has been very quick to understand our needs and has put together what looks like an ideal package.

Thanks to Elise she helped very incredibly quick to help my partner get back from Palma after missing her flight.

We booked Wimbledon package and have not received confirmation from last Thursday. Manager called last night and appears our booking is not correct. A call back and confirmation was promised today and not received. I called Douglas office today and told manager is off and there is only 2 of them. Will try and ring me today. No call back received. Hopefully tomorrow?

Being a regular customer in your Douglas Isle of Man branch I’m well known to the staff. Thus being said it’s such a lovely family branch as the staff are so welcoming, friendly and very helpful and will go above and beyond to meet your needs excellent work always . We were assisted with booking our holiday by Tom in the Douglas branch of Hay’s Travel. He is extremely helpful and efficient . We are an older couple and not confident with technology, but we didn’t need to be as Tom did everything, and printed everything off for us. I would certainly recommend Hays travel for your holiday needs.

Very friendly and helpful representative ( Louisa) who understood our requirements and the particular needs of holidays starting from the Isle of Man.
Also ,this was a holiday booked to celebrate a noteworthy anniversary.Each of us had independently enquired about this holiday on different days without revealing it to the other- intending it to be a surprise.Fortunately and by complete chance, we got the same rep who quickly realised but was very discreet in the way she handled this 'dilema' such that we were able to share the surprise.
