I had prevously booked a holiday to India when it was cancelled due to the action in the middle east. Id booked time off work andwanted to use the time to book somewhere else. The staff they were great and very helpful. A good time later i came out with another holiday the lady had taken time out to book me something else to my liking and i came out with a holiday booked in a couple of days time. Great customer service.

Very pleased with the service
Very pleased with the service. Louisa from the Isle of Man branch was extremely easy to deal with. Any questions I had were dealt with promptly. She made the experience of booking a holiday easy to do and made any points I wasn't sure about clear.

A fantastic experience from the minute I walked into the branch.
I was made very welcome and my flights were found to work best for me.
My money currency card was topped up with great efficiency and I was happy with the exchange rates.
