Gemma was great. She remembered me from my last booking and also remembered some of the issues we’d encountered. She was able to enquire & get answers from the new provider without prompting. She is the reason that I booked again with Hays

One of the staff thought she was doing as a favour by looking at a Euro Disney hotel instead of one outside.We are 7 Adults and 2 children In our family it worked out at 3 rooms 3 Adults and 1 child in a room My 2 Daughters and my 22yr grandson the staff member thought it was all right for my daughter and her son to sleep together she didn't tell us it wasn't a family room only two beds and it would cost an extra thousand pounds to book another room which we couldn't afford and there was nothing they would do about it I'm disappointed we wanted to go for my one daughter's 40 th birthday we same stuck with the arrangement. Bailey got it wrong and insulting we ment for my grandson to share the room not a bed we are not perverse. We wasn't aware that there was only two beds per room until we had the paperwork the one member of staff was new I went in with the hotel off site another member of staff recommended the Sequoia lodge from her own experience. The reason that we went with three staff it's because the staff member was off that day we booked two holidays.we spoke with Bailey about the misunderstanding he was reluctant to do anything so I phoned Euro Disney myself however he did email them. We paid 10.000 for two holidays. I expected them to be more helpful. And honest

Could heve got the flight £300 cheaper direct.
