Superb staff
We always find the staff in this branch brilliant since we started using it overca year ago. Always so helpful and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help customers and each other through sharing information and helping colleagues when necessary. I was welcomed into the shop. Although I had done some research about where I wanted to go, I felt Ffion understood my needs and was very helpful. She was happy to look at various options until I was able to make an informed decision.

We received thorough and helpful advice from Richelle at the Caerphilly branch of Hays Travel.
We wanted to book a trip to Rome with a couple of excusions. Richelle had been so was able to advise us on the best location to stay within Rome and had a list of hotels we might like.
In the end we were able to book a hotel that we both thought seemed ideal and in a great location. Excusions and flights were also taken care of. Great service!
