Very pleasant travel advisor. Glad there exists a local shop. We were able to book an appropriate holiday cruise with Fred Olsen.

Went in to inquire , walked out with a purchase . The service was second to non, Bailey at the Caerphilly branch was professional and super helpful. I usually book all my own holidays. I’ll be booking with Bailey in future. Fantastic

When we inadvertently booked the wrong days, the manager was extremely helpful and sorted it all out for us

Initially I was advised by Gemma, who was excellent as usual. Went back to book and Bailey dealt with me. He too was excellent. The service could not be better.

Helped us all through the booking

We went down to your premises in Caerphilly on Tues 28th for a coffee morning and to take a look at the latest cruise releases. Gemma was an excellent assistant and found a holiday for us in an instant, nothing being a problem. She also phoned us the next morning after confirming dates and cabin, brilliant service thanks Gemma x

I had a great experience with ceri in the Caerphilly branch whilst booking my holiday to Cyprus. She was really lovely polite and friendly and everything was so easy. I booked the seats there and back and was relieved it was all sorted out but then on the Saturday another lady from the Caerphilly branch called me and told me that the seats were booked coming back but not going even though I'd paid for the seats both ways and it was on my receipt. She called head office and said that they were not very helpful and I have to sort it out at Cardiff airport, but I could pay a further £24.00 to book the seats again and the try to get a refund back. I was not very happy about this so refused to pay again, but then she could not check us in to give us the boarding passes so this did cause me alot of stress as I was worried that we might not be booked on the flight so we left it at that . Due to the worry stress and concern this caused me I went back to the branch on Monday to try and sort it out and spoke to another lovely lady who then told me that it has been sorted out now but we were sitting in different seats now going to the ones I'd booked. I was just so relieved that it was all sorted out for me and then I was checked in and received the boarding passes so stress and panic over .Now I can't wait to get to Cyprus tomorrow to start my holiday xx

Friendly and welcoming. Booked a cruise for next year where we wanted to be on certain deck and room type which took some time to process but staff were very patient and professional and all booked within an hour

The booking itself was smooth and stress-free, with everything clearly explained and no hidden surprises. I also felt like I got great value for money. Overall, the customer service i received from her was excellent, and I felt well supported throughout. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
