I wanted to book a cruise to Norway and Hays Travel handled the booking very well. I got the service I wanted. The fact that I decided to change the date of my trip after the first intinerary was sent to me was handled very quickly.

The moment I entered Hays Travel i felt a nice welcome my agent Sana was from the start of my enquiry about my holiday very quick to start to find me what I was looking for when left I was very pleased to have such full detaile of my holiday ever item explained and given on a printout looking forward to my second visit to finalise all of my booking…….

As an elderly solo traveller I was keen to find a real live travel agency to plan everything for me. I found Hays online and took the train from London to Bromley so that I could speak to an agent face-to-face. Sana was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable, finding me a hotel and flights to Marbella at fairly short notice. She printed out the paperwork for me as well as sending it by email. I went back two days later to pick up my boarding cards as I hadn't taken my passport with me the first time. I feel confident that all will be well on my holiday!
