As per usual the girls were great.As l am dyslexic they went through every thing slowly and professionally. From the flights( to and from)to the hotel they explained every thing.Then reminded me that if l had any problems to call in or phone.

This was our first visit to Hays. We had emailed the Bromley beforehand and we're in conversation with Mia, who responded quickly and with all the information we need. Later that day we popped into the Bromley shop. Mia went through all the options we had received. We ended up booking a different option than intended.

Mia was excellent and dealt easily with our questions which helped us choose a dreamy holiday and are now looking forward to our short break. Thank you.

Staff polite and helpful. Mia whom we saw for this particular booking spent time to find the right holiday for us.

Whenever I visit Hayes Travel Bromley to discuss my imminent holiday or one in the future the assistants are very understanding and helpful. Couldn’t wish for anything more.

When booking very efficient.
However subsequently lack of clear information from PO, used by the assistant , caused me to have to engage in some very time consuming tasks to complete my holiday arngements.. Altho the agency did try to help I did not find them too enthusiastic and rather negative.
I have not used a travel agency for many years and I was looking forward to dealing with a 'real' person.
I think that in the future I shall think twice before booking travel in this manner.

The staff were amazing, attention to detail was amazing, its our first family holiday and it will be my daughters first time on an aeroplane ✈️ . They allowed my daughter to have input and search our holiday which made my daughter feel very included and special. Stacie took a picture of us once we booked our holiday which got us very excited about the whole thing. Thank you to all the staff at Hays travel bromley. Im sure we will be back soon for sure
