Booked a cruise for the first time recently, very friendly and helpful staff, although didn't appear to be that knowledgeable about what they were selling.

its always a pleasure to go into hays travel the staff are very welcoming and we have good chat and a laugh about things in general as well as the all important bit booking a trip somwhere.

Mia was very helpful booking our last minute cruise. As always, she was kind and friendly and managed to get us booked in in under an hour. Very happy with the service and all the staff at Hays are very welcoming

I’m a bit baffled. I was coming over from Canada and wanted to use a local agent with local knowledge so I started email discussions with Sana months in advance of coming over to the UK. Email discussions were very good and we were narrowing down some options and we agreed on a date and time for an in person meeting once we arrived in. Bromley. I arrived at the confirmed time and was told that Sana was not in the office that day. Someone else mumbled something about her being on holiday. It was baffling how no-one attempted to find out more or offer to meet and discuss anyway. I was just met by blank stares so turned around and walked out. To this day, 10 days later, I have not heard from Sana or anyone else explaining or apologizing. Their loss was Flight Centres gain.

On this occasion I was a solo traveller and thought I’d never find a holiday without paying extortionate prices for the pleasure of my own company .I walked in everyone was friendly and the assistant to helped me was FANTASTIC .
